Uses 1.2mm thick genuine cowhide.
Full-grain leather with its natural texture preserved without sanding the surface, finished with oil (crazy horse leather).

② Reflector surface uses microprism retroreflective material

The reflector surface uses a microprism structured material with cube corner technology, instead of common glass bead materials.

This reflects incident light straight back to the light source (driver's viewpoint) without scattering it, achieving high visibility from behind. Additionally, small vibrations during riding cause changes in the reflection angle, making it easier for drivers to see.

③ AirTag storage compatible, discreet crime prevention

AirTag can be stored inside the reflector.
The design is invisible from the outside, so it can be used without compromising the bicycle's aesthetic.

In 2023, KiLEY released the Coin Reflector to address this issue. Thanks to this, it continues to be loved by many users.

However, many auxiliary reflectors attached under the saddle also shared this problem. Most existing products did not harmonize with KiLEY's metallic texture, often detracting from the bike's aesthetic.

Therefore, we decided to produce a leather material that would naturally blend with classic bicycles.

 

Our aim was not just to create an accessory, but a "functional product."

To achieve this, we did not compromise on materials and carefully selected leather that influences the texture.
The careful selection of leather, adoption of high-performance reflective material, and integration of AirTag storage — safety, design, and functionality are seamlessly combined into one.

A. It is a finish where oil is impregnated into full-grain leather. Named for its equestrian-like texture, the color in worn areas changes, developing a unique texture and sheen with use.

Q. What is retroreflective material?
A. It is a material that efficiently reflects incident light back in the direction of the light source. While general reflective materials scatter light in all directions, retroreflective materials reflect car lights straight back to the driver's viewpoint, thereby enhancing nighttime visibility.

Q. What is microprism structure (cube corner technology)?
A. It is a reflective technology that arranges minute structures (corner cubes) like the corners of a cube. It efficiently reflects incident light back towards the light source, so light is firmly returned towards the driver, making it easier to be seen from a distance even at night.
