Can I specify a delivery date and time?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept requests for specific delivery dates and times. After your order is confirmed, it will usually be shipped within 1-3 business days. (*Excluding pre-order items) If you have a preferred delivery date and time, please check the tracking number provided when the item is shipped and contact the shipping company directly.

Can I use cash on delivery?

Unfortunately, we do not offer cash on delivery service. However, you can use various payment methods such as credit cards and QR code payments.

Q.How long is the warranty period?

The warranty period is one year from the date of delivery. This covers initial defects and manufacturing defects that occur during normal use. Please note that problems caused by breakage, water exposure, deterioration over time, misuse, etc. are not covered by the warranty.

Can I return it?

Yes, this is possible only if the product is unused and all accessories and packaging are included. In the case of returns or exchanges due to customer's convenience, the return shipping fee will be prepaid and a refund fee of 550 yen will be charged. In the case of defective products or incorrect delivery, we will promptly arrange for a replacement product.
