Refund policy

• All products come with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase (order completion).

• Returns are accepted within the warranty period if the product is unused.

• If you wish to request a return, please contact us via the inquiry form.

  ※ If items are returned to us without prior notice, we will be unable to issue a refund.

• Regarding return shipping costs, please see below:

  1. Defective items or incorrect products received
     → Please return the item to us collect on delivery (COD).

  2. Incorrect order placement or installation issues
     → This is considered a return due to customer reasons. Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer, and items should be sent to us prepaid.

• For returns due to customer reasons, a refund handling fee of 550 JPY will be deducted from the refund amount.

• Refunds will be processed promptly after we receive the returned item. In the event that accessories or included items are missing, their value will be deducted from the refund.

• If, upon receipt, the item is deemed clearly not unused, we will be unable to issue a refund.

• If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address, refusal of delivery, prolonged absence of the recipient, or circumstances caused by the local carrier, the round-trip shipping fee is non-refundable. If you wish the order to be reshipped, a new shipping fee will be charged.
