Shipping and Delivery

Free domestic shipping within Japan is available for orders over ¥5,000. Customers will not be charged any fees other than the product price.

For domestic orders under ¥5,000, a flat shipping fee of ¥550 per order will be applied.

For international orders, actual international shipping costs will be charged. The shipping fee will be displayed at checkout.

¥2,000: East Asia, ASEAN countries (excluding South Korea)

¥3,000: Europe, North America, Australia, and other Asian regions

¥4,000: Africa, South America, and other regions

We do not ship to South Korea. Customers residing in South Korea are kindly asked to contact our authorized distributor, Velohouse.

For international shipments, additional fees such as consumption tax, import duties, customs clearance fees, and local delivery charges may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Orders will be shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Please note that shipments are not processed on weekends and national holidays.

We do not accept requests for specific delivery dates or times for either domestic or international shipments.

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. If you wish to confirm or arrange delivery date and time, please do so directly with the carrier.

Delivery times may be extended due to weather conditions, natural disasters, or logistics disruptions related to pandemics.

We select the most suitable carrier for each order. Therefore, we regret that customers cannot choose the shipping carrier.

If reshipment is required due to customer-related reasons, the actual return shipping fee and reshipment fee will be charged.

Please note that some shipments may be fulfilled by Amazon. In such cases, the sender label may appear as “Amazon” or “GEEKTRADE” (the store name operated by GEEK TRADE Co., Ltd. on the Amazon Marketplace).

If a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect address, refusal of delivery, prolonged absence of the recipient, or circumstances caused by the local carrier, the round-trip shipping fee is non-refundable. If you wish the order to be reshipped, a new shipping fee will be charged.
